Hoyo is built to drive Expedia, Agoda and the other main OTAs through Channex, a channel manager already certified with those OTAs. Rates, availability, stop sell and minimum stay go out from the Hoyo calendar, and bookings come back into it, so the desk stops keying the same night into three extranets. Our own certification with Channex is in progress and no OTA is connected through Hoyo yet. We tell you in writing when your channels can go live.

MozPay is built into Hoyo and is switched on property by property. Once it is on, a guest books on your own website and pays there and then by Visa or Mastercard, charged in meticais. We confirm in writing how payments settle for your property before you take a payment.
MozPay fees are quoted per property, because they depend on your property's setup. Ask us for a rate for your lodge and we will put it in writing.

Your certified system keeps the books.
You do not have to move your accounting to use Hoyo. Hoyo will read certified invoices, receipts, payments and till sessions from the invoicing system your accountant already uses, so managers can see money next to bookings.
★ Hoyo is not an AT certified invoicing system. In Mozambique those documents must come from a licensed system, so Hoyo will connect to yours and leave it as the fiscal system of record.
